this turns out to be yet another great read by Jon!.......poor Mason is a powder keg and with the help of his television, mason takes control of his life against several.....most of his victims are easy to detect but the manner in which mason takes over is, well, yet another reason for being known for horror......purely graphic, will add him to the list of authors i'll constantly troll in search of more books!!! keep em coming Jon!!Product details

Wow!! Another twisted story. Dark and edgy and some things you can see coming, but others grab you & a few that will have you speechless! Thanks for another great book!! Off to read another one of your books!!
The book was not bad. Mental health issues are something I've always said are the key to gun violence . However , I got distracted by the overuse of some words here and I was frustrated because it kept me from truly enjoying the story . Simpering, being the key word, (how many kids actually simper that much?) along with dome ,to identify a head just distracted me to the point where my mind left the storyline and tried to come up with other words for discriptions . Decent storyline and a fast read.
You do write some interesting stories,to say the least. But, if you have to explain to the reader the intent of each chapter,so to speak, then it loses its impact. Most of the truly great horror based writers make the reader try and figure out the why. Its just my opinion. Make the reader think. Make the reader ponder the why. Everyone has a basic knowledge of human emotions. Make them learn. Make them figure it out. Some never will. Some halfway. Some will get it and maybe then can you affect the change that I believe you are trying to get people to understand. By the way, you have some serious mommy issues. Lol. Absolutely loved.the creepiness of this story. Would have given 5 stars except there is something in different books that are like fingernails down a chalkboard to me and that is the constant repetition of a pet name. In this story it was kiddo, and I believe the name got changed once at the end of the story. Otherwise loved the devience due to the main character. The more gore and horror the better.
Loved the book, some pretty gruesome rape scenes in it though. But it did scare me. These parent's had a ruff time raising this mean kid.
I loved this book. I found myself going to bed earlier too to get to the next page. I am addicted to your writings .
This book was great. A little predictable but still a great book. I have not been disappointed by any of Jon Athans books yet.
